Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to make a backing track from an arrangement that calls for a "B Flat 9 (13)" chord. The notes on the piano are Left-hand: B Flat, A Flat, Right-Hand: D, G, C, all natural. I have looked in the drop down list in the Chord Builder and can't find it. Maybe it's there and I missed it. If it is not there, can I build it with the notes or are the available chords my only option.

Bb13 includes a natural ninth.
You have the minor 7 (Ab).
The natural 9 (C).
And the 13 (G).
You have the third (D). The fifth (F) is missing but that isn’t unusual in a complex chord.
Sometimes the 13 chord implies an 11th (Eb) but not always.

Thanks I didn't know that, but the Bb13 in BIAB to my ear was a good match to what I was playing. I would still like to know if a BIAB user can spell out their own chords or if somewhere in the program one can see the notes used in the BIAB chords.

Steve For RealTracks the answer is no. For MIDI the answer is yes IF you use notation or the piano roll view to either move notes and/or add/subtract notes until you get exactly what chord you want.
Doc-take it easy John this is just a sharp scalpel. It will not cut deep so don't worry.

Mario’s answer is correct. Theoretically one could make alterations to a RealTrack in Melodyne but that would be painstakingly difficult and tedious.

Matt's answer is also correct as I have done that in Melodyne. Also you would need the polyphonic version of Melodyne if you are working with chords. I much prefer to work in MIDI.
