I would like to record a BiaB song in .mp3 format WITH the count-in included and it does not work... Any suggestion? I include a copy of my preferences "count.in" settings...
Can you tell us does this happen with every chosen style, and what style you are using in this example.
Also, in case the integrated count-in is MIDI, do you have a VSTi or MIDI device set, e.g. VSTSynthFont64?

In addition to the important information Videotrack has mentioned, could you please explain what you mean by "record a BiaB song in .mp3 format".
Does this mean that you record an audio track in BIAB using a microphone and then render the whole song, including audio, to an mp3 file?
Also, what command are you using to save as mp3? There are a number of them. The one that you want that allows saving count-in is found under "Audio | Export song as audio file" (This is "Audio" on the very top menu.)
Another thought: Do you hear the count-in when you play the song in BiaB?

At first, and as usual. thank you for all answers trying to help. Second thought is that it is always very difficult to explain your problem with words... and see that you have not been precise enough in describing it, although you thought you did!
So, I try it again: it all starts with the fact that I am not able to record my guitar world class solos in BiaB (I am so ashamed!!). The guitar sound goes through a Line6 interface and Biab levels react to it, but it just does not record any sound...
I have solved the problem in using Audacity, which records perfectly (of course on the same Line6 interface). Next problem, I, of course, cannot use the original .sgu files that Audacity does not know... So I have to "translate" my .sgu files into MP3 files that work in the software. Unfortunately, when I "translate" within BiaB a .sgu file into a mp3 file, BiaB does NOT include the count in in the mp3 file. And I NEED it to start my solos on time!
My explanations have been too long, so I have to start a second text.... I have finally solved the problem in "translating" the .sgu file not into MP3 but instead in .Wav. Under "save song as audio" I found the option "save all tracks as wav files (with options)" and there you may check "include 2 bars as lead-in", woosh! saved, it works, when I import the wav file in Audacity, I now have the count in included and may have fun recording for the world!!!
