I have been previewing the different realtracks in the advertisements on the web site and have found a couple I would really like to use. How do I find the overall styles as used in the previews?

Imagine in this instance you are interested in RealTracks Set 353: "RealTracks Set 353: RealTracks Set 353: Fusion Soloing, Lowdown Blues, and more with Brent Mason"
In the StylePicker, sort by Set #, find RealTracks 353. Select the specific style, there is usually an option to Load a Song Demo. Hopefully this Style will be made with the RealTrack you are interested in.
(There are no doubt better ways and people more clever than me will prove that )

Another thing you can do is open the RealTracks Picker, highlight a RealTrack you are interested in, and then if you click the button labeled "Style Demo (.STY)", you will get a list of styles that use that particular RealTrack. See the images below:
