Has anyone experienced this:
When selecting a different real track in the mixer(can be legacy or utility track), the OK and Generate button is grayed out in picker. Then when a real track is selected, the button disappears.
You can select OK and the picker window closes and sometimes the track will generate and other times will not. If memory serves me the OK and Generate button should highlight when a real track is selected. Then you press it and it closes the picker window and generates the real track. If I continue working in the song, selecting different real tracks etc., the real tracks eventually will quit generating. Also eventually the midi melody on the Melody track will also quit working. I have the 804 build installed.

Mike,
Have you tried "Return to factory settings" found under "Options". (I suggest saving your current settings first before doing this. This is also under "Options".)

Yes I have tried return to factory settings. Unfortunately it didn't help. I am working with PG support to try and solve the issue. Will report back.

Well I thought I was chatting with support but come to find out it was sales. So I have forwarded the chat transcript hopefully to support. What happened to the days when you could call and speak to someone? O well we will see what happens.

Hello Mike, the OK and Generate button is grayed out in picker I see that as well, in the "Select Best..." dialog. The [OK + Generate] button would be the equivalent of OK, and then selecting 'Track actions -> (re)Generate...' Not sure why it is missing but will investigate. the real tracks eventually will quit generating Here is a link to a build 807 patch which will be available on the site soon - it does fix an issue with silent RealTracks in some cases, although I'm not sure from your description if this is the specific issue you are seeing. https://nn.pgmusic.com/pgfiles/support/patches/bb2021_win_update_build807.exe

Hello,
Andrew, in the update build 807.exe, I noticed that the generation of realtracks on utility tracks is no longer done, they are systematically generated on the melody track the problem did not exist with the update 804.exe in advance thank you for solving the problem
