Try this on a copy of a project first !
In Cubase:
Edit > Key Commands
search "Edit Info Line"
assign keys: alt+Shift+e
search "Insert and name Maker"
assign keys: alt+Shift+m
Select all the Cubase Chords and drag them to a midi track with snap enabled
make sure you have a maker track
select the first midi chord item
click the Cubase Chord Markers in Tab 2
WAIT ! for it to add the marker then click it again
File > Export > Midi File
Drag into BB Plugin.

See how it works for you, I allowed a bit of time between keystrokes, you can change delay with the Sleep value.
It will copy the Name from the info line top left above the inspector.
You may need to add 2 bars at the start for the BB Plugin and want the count-in, you will have to see how the chords line up in the BB Plugin.
I couldn't drag the midi file in from the Save dialog, so there should be an Import Chords from MIDI Markers in the C7 at the bottom added soon.

If you are running Biab As Administrator:
To run script only .ahk install https://www.autohotkey.com/ and set AutoHotKey.exe to Run As Administrator
To run .exe set to Run As Administrator
* remove .mp4 from file name and unzip
Download > BB Quick Menu & Mixer & Cubase Chords.zip.mp4

thank you for all the hard work, unfortunately this is not a solution but it is a workaround and pretty lengthy one the method requires to enter each and every chord in marker track why not enter it directly in the VST plugin

If you can't click the mouse button to copy the chords to markers with the script I made you will just need to type all the chords into the Plugin manually.
I asked them a year ago in the Cubase forum. Have you asked them in the Cubase forum ? that would be a solution.
Reaper has scripting to do anything you need, same with Ardour and Studio One to a lesser extent.
There is a script in this forum for Chords to Markers for Studio One

I really appreciate your hard work and your most valuable input, didn't meant to be ungrateful or disrespectful, I always read all your posts as they are very informative and knowledgeable, it must be a Cubase shortcoming, I was simply hoping that BIABVST 3 would allow to load a MIDI file like you can in BIAB if drag and drop is not applicable, I want to simply my workflow using 1 DAW ( I prefer CUBASE now I was long time cakewalk user until version 10) not complicate it, when I have my chord progression I simply drop it into EZ keys or EZ bass and it can make beautiful Piano parts or bass respectively, my mistake I was hoping for simpler work flow solution, don't get me wrong BIAB itself is of course much more powerful then EZ keys however user interface is much to be desired for...

I tied to get chord markers over at Cubase and over here I tried to get them to implement the midi chords detect function in BBW4 that the BBvst uses.
I tried, but what can ya do ? I see things instantly and just make a script to do the job in Reaper, Studio One, as you could wait years otherwise. Over at Presonus it's the same story.
