Does anyone "out there" can explain this message in practical terms or/and help me with a solution.
I got similar messages whenever I need Motown shuffle RD.and a few others
RDs from RTset 211,223,226.
Customer Service seems to be too busy to save my Christmas

I would suggest reinstalling RealTracks Set 221-227.
We've consolidated your account (my products), and so you can log in and get the file more easily.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the rapid response.
Unfortunately, your suggestion of reinstalling some of the RT sets ( containing the missing/damaged RDs) had not remedied the problem.
Motown funky triplets, New Orleans shuffle, Boom Chicka are not being generated.
Whenever I open the RD picker there are 697 items ( 727 after rebuilding ) with the Rds in question among them (not missing). When I add the N/A there are 742 items. All the 15 N/A generate drums, even that the Mixer tells me they are missing, contrary to these 3 RDs ( not missed in Mixer) which are not being generated.
It would be spooky/funny if it were not annoying.
I hope it makes sense for you ( I'm completely clueless )

Have you looked in this folder?
G:\bb\Drums\NewOrleansShuffle^
Do you see the a NEWORLEANSSHUFFLE^_130_STYLE.wav and/or .wma file, and .bt1 file?
Is Band-in-a-Box running from G:\bb? Check RealDrums Preferences if a "custom folder" is set, and is what you expect.

G:\bb\drums\NewOrleansShuffle contains 10 folders with Text document, NewOrleansshuffle 130 style bt1 file, NewOrleansshuffle 130 .wma file ,NewOrleansShuffle band wma and solo for every for the folders (text docu.)All wma.
I run BIAB from my topdesk ( C:\bb\ )
I have been checking RD and RT preferences hourly for the last few weeks.They are G\bb\drums\.

What is the date of this file?
G:\bb\Drums\NewOrleansShuffle^\NewOrleansShuffle^04-KkSh,RdSh\NewOrleansShuffle^04-KkSh,RdSh_130_Style.TXT
If you open it up it should have this line:
wavename=NewOrleansShuffle^_130_Style.wav
If you look in G:\bb\Drums\NewOrleansShuffle^\ you should see a file with the EXACT name:
NewOrleansShuffle^_130_Style.wav OR NewOrleansShuffle^_130_Style.wma (either one is fine)
You said you see "NewOrleansshuffle 130 .wma" but what is the exact name of the file? A missing or misnamed wave file is the only reason that I know of for the error you mentioned at the start of this thread to occur. I would have expected it to be fixed by reinstalling the file, so that's why I'm asking again...

When opened it up: wavename=NewOrleansShuffle^_130_Style.wav
NewOrleansShuffle 130 style wma is spelled : NewOrleansShuffle^_130_Style.wma
