The styles in your attached jpg are real styles it appears. The column headers are messed up, for example the column labeled "Feel" is showing the title of the style? In any case it matters what variety of BIAB 2021 you own and what you owned previously as the styles shown in the attachment are older as shown by the NumChords column which is the wrong name but is showing the date of the real style such as 2009/12 for the first on one the list. If you do not own these styles they will show as N/A. It matters where you installed the program this time vs. last time if you do own the styles and they are not showing. You can check in BIAB by going to OPTIONS menu item and choosing "What Add-ons do I have?", The resulting dialog will show you everything you have. Then you can go to the PGMUSIC site and under your account you can find "My Products" with download links to everything you own. If you have an external hard drive version of BIAB you can also look there. There are too many options of where you installed, what you installed etc to guess from what you have provided so far. More detail could help.

Thanks, checked; only some bought Xtra styles were not installed, and the [N/A} is probably related to that the style names are not available as long names? f.i. the alleged styles play back the demos alright ...
