Hi Well we seem to have got the slow update download server again to east of you. Estimating 2hrs for 324 Mg. Been running 1hr and only got 160 mg about half. Mike

Yep, seeing that here too in SC.
My download has failed 3 times: "network error"

The problem is still occurring as of 1PM here in South Carolina.

I got it this morning at normal speed, so something may have happened since about 7 AM Eastern time or so.
My wife asked if I had seen the dog bowl. I told her I didn't even know he could.

Just tried again and yes it is very, very slow. I am on a 1Gig fiber network and normally this size file would be 5 to 10 seconds. It was showing around an hour plus or minus a minute or so.
My wife asked if I had seen the dog bowl. I told her I didn't even know he could.

Andrew, your first dl link in South Carolina is showing a 58 minute download. The second link downloads in under 2 minutes.

I have tried both the original download link and the alternate link. Both are extremely slow After almost fifteen minutes, both still show almost half an hour remaining. (I tried them at separate times - not simultaneously). I am located in Alabama. I have a 300 meg, fiberoptic download connection and this size file should take littler more than a minute or two to download.

I just waited it out and it too about 45 minutes for the download to complete. I installed the updater to both my external HD and to my C drive. All seems okay.

The first link is a little better than the support page link, mine hovered around 23 to 25 minutes vs. an hour on the other. The alternate link (dl14.pgmusic.com) downloaded in 3 seconds on my 1 gig service.

Likewise mine in UK. Download speed fluctuated slightly between 11MB/s and 12.
