Hallo Ihr Lieben.
Bin ganz neu im Forum und hätte eine kurze Frage. In der Hoffnung das Ihr mir evtl. helfen könnt.
Habe Band in a Box Pro, 2021-er Version. Neu erworben.
Habe mal Band in a Box installiert, sowohl 32 Bit - als auch 64 Bit und Real Tracks für Windows.
BIAB ist ganz neu für mich. Ich selbst nutze Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate in der 64 Bit Version.
Folgendes Problem habe ich und finde keine Lösung dafür:
BIAB 2021 funktioniert - wenn ich es lediglich allein öffne, ausgezeichnet ! Sobald ich dann aber
mein Cubase öffne - eine Instrumentenspur mit BIAB erstelle, einen Song generiere und diesen dann
nach dem Rendern links rüber in eine Spur ziehen möchte, so hängt sich alles komplett auf. Sowohl
Cubase als auch das VST-Plug In BIAB 2021 hängt sich komplett auf. Und das jedesmal.
Wenn ich es links in die Spur ziehen möchte, fragt mich Cubase, ob es denn auch im Projektordner
gespeichert werden soll. Also im Pool. Nun kann man da ein Häkchen machen - oder eben auch nicht.
Aber soweit komme ich gar nicht erst ! Ich kann nicht mal das Häkchen setzen. Aufgehangen und das
immer wieder an dieser gleichen Stelle.
Dreimal alles neu installiert, Update gemacht, immer dasselbe Problem. Cubase und BIAB 2019 hängt
sich immer total auf, wenn ich versuche eine generierte BIAB Spur links ins Projektfenster und in
eine Spur zu ziehen. Ich bin momentan mit BIAB 2021 nicht in der Lage es in Cubase zu nutzen.
Habt Ihr eine Lösung dafür ?
Bei der Installation wird man ja gefragt ob man BIAB als 32 Bit oder 64 Bit installieren möchte.
Habe 64 Bit gewählt und bei der Installation das VST Plug In habe ich dann als VST 3 installiert.
Sollte Cubase Elements 8 eigentlich können.
Würde mich sehr freuen wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, da ich mich zwar eigentlich Recht gut mit
dem Cubase auskenne, nicht aber mit Band in a Box.

Moin Magyar,
so weit ich das auf die Ferne beurteilen kann, machst Du alles korrekt. Zwei kurze Ideen: stelle sicher, dass Du Biab mit "als Administrator ausführen" installiert hast und gib dem BiaB VST genug Zeit, um alle Files zu rendern, bevor Du sie in Cubase ziehst. Also erst die Meldung abwarten, dass die Files fertig sind, nachdem Du im BiaB Plug-In auf "Generate" geklickt hast und danach erst ziehen.
Mein Set-Up ist sehr ähnlich zu deinem; ich benutze lediglich Cubase AI, statt Elements. Auch 64 Bit.
