It doesn’t seem be to fixing the delay when saving individual tracks using the export method below although I might be missing something.
In stand alone I am right clicking on individual tracks and selecting Track Actions -> Save track as WAV file. In the plug-in I am dragging WAV files into DAW.
The BIAB-VST (plug-in) was not reported as a problem in this thread. In fact I do this all the time (even today) and I see no problem in BIAB-VST v3.4.4. The only thing I can think is you may have the leadin turned on. I always turn this off since it introduces a count in at the beginning which I don't use in my DAW.
Thanks for listening to my songs. I'd be nothing without Band In A Box, though. It's such an amazing piece of software and it makes creating songs in all different kinds of genre possible!
