Here is a link to a song I wrote years ago and recorded on the old Tascam 424. Eddie Curry is playing lead guitar, I'm playing two rhythm guitars, (one open and one with a capo), I'm also playing bass, singing lead and harmony. Mac did some remastering on it. Taking a listen to your song. This sounds great. It's a good write, arrangement and performance. Your vocals are really nice and the music is stellar. Enjoyed my listen.

Thanks Charlie. I appreciate the kind words.
I wrote and recorded that song about 40 years ago. I recorded quite a few other originals and a handful of covers during that same time.
I kept writing and playing but I stopped recording because I focused on finding new folks to pick with in a variety of different styles.

Nice vocals and playing. Is there a phasing effect happening? Was that an issue with the old 4 tracks? Just wondering.

I recall Mac played trumpet. He mentioned playing first chair in an orchestra. There was one absolutely great story only a trumpet player could love...

Mac suggested that I add a spit valve to my guitar after hearing my New Years Eve story when the audience came up on stage and poured drinks in us and on us. He has a great sense of humor.
He told of an Irish roommate in college who had his suitcases jammed full of booze and one pair of knickers, period.
