Liebe BiaB-User, ich habe auf einem PC (64Bit, Win10 V.2004) die BiaB-Mega2021 eng als Update von Pro2019 de installiert, deutsche Sprache mit neuestem BiaB-Update (Build 825) hinzu und nun auch das RealBand2021 Update-Build 5. Auf dem PC alles OK – läuft alles (BiaB und RealBand)! Die gleiche Installation auf meinem Notebook (32Bit, Win10 V.2004). BiaB läuft einwandfrei. RealBand (hatte ich bisher direkt nicht getestet) erzeugt nun eine Fehlermeldung: Unable to execute file:
C:\RealBand64.exe
CreateProcess failed; code 216.
Die Version von %1 ist mit der ausgeführten Windows-Version nicht kompatibel. Überprüfen Sie die Systeminformationen des Computers, und wenden Sie sich anschließend an den Herausgeber deer Software. Hat hier jemand einen Tipp? NachtragJetzt konnte ich RealBand auf dem Notebook starten, d.h. das Programmfenster öffnet sich – aber mit einem Hinweis: Fehler
Ticket Datei nicht gefunden.Programm wird nicht aktiviert. Es wird empfohlen, das Programm neu zu installieren. Sollte ich alles nochmal installieren (inkl. BiaB) oder wie installiere ich nur RealBox neu? Oder muss ich mich an den Support wenden? Und überhaupt: Wozu brauche ich RealBand als separates Programm? (Sorry, bin damit noch nicht so vertraut.) Hallo allerseits,
ich habe auch das Paket BiaB und Realband2021 erworben und hatte zum Starten von Realband die gleichen Probleme.
Dabei hat mir der Support von m3c aus Berlin, über den ich das Paket erworben habe, sehr gut geholfen.
Die Ticketdatei für BiaB wurde online nach Eingabe der Seriennummer automatisch übermittelt, für Realband hat das nicht funktioniert.
Ich würde auch hier raten, sich an den Support zu wenden, um eine Ticketdatei für Realband zu bekommen.
Mehrfach installieren bringt sowieso nichts, wenn nicht die Ursache beseitigt ist.
Allgemein kann man sagen, daß Realband ein erweitertes Powertracks ist - also ein Sequenzer für Midi und Audio-Spuren.
Man kann hier die einzelnen Spuren detailliert bearbeiten und z.B. gezielt Midi-Controller verändern. Die Möglichkeiten sind hier nahezu unendlich.
Die Erweiterung von Realband zu Powertracks ist die Möglichkeit über Akkordeingabe eine Begleitung zu generieren - ähnlich wie in BiaB.
Diese Funktionalität ist allerdings unter einem 32bit Betriebssystem fehlerhaft und führt in meinem Fall zum Einfrieren von Realband. Ich musste dann über den Task-Manager das Programm abschießen, um überhaupt wieder Zugriff zum PC zu bekommen. Ich glaube, es wird hierbei eine .dll Datei angefordert, die im 32bit Windows nicht vorhanden ist.
Hier ist wahrscheinlich noch viel Nacharbeit des Herstellers erforderlich.
In meinem Fall wurde durch den Support darauf hingewiesen, dass Realband nur unter 64bit Systemen fehlerfrei läuft, was du bestätigt hast.
Es startet aber auch unter 32bit mit der Einschränkung, die Begleitung auf keinen Fall zu starten.

Hi erka,
ich hab' schon nicht mehr mit einer Reaktion auf meinen Post gerechnet. Danke für deinen Hinweis, der die Problematik mit dem 32 Bit-System bestätigt.
Da ich BiaB noch auf einem anderen 64 Bit-Rechner installiert habe und meinen Laptop lediglich für ggf. mobile Begleitung mit BiaB vorgesehen habe, kann ich bei dem auf den Einsatz von RealBand verzichten. Ich bin ohnehin noch nicht soweit, alle Möglichkeiten zu nutzen.
Also werde ich das Problem aussitzen, bis evtl. ein neuer 64 Bit-Laptop angeschafft wird.
Immerhin ist bei mir nun etwas Klarheit in das schummerige Verständnis zum Programm mit all seine Facetten gekommen.
