When I registered, I downloaded a 'bonus styles'
They keep popping up when I'm searching for songs, but nearly always, the instruments are N/A, is this correct?
Why supply a bonus download, if its not usable?

Can you name one or more of the bonus styles you mentioned?
Styles are made up of RealTracks, i.e. how several different RealTracks are grouped to form a style. The bonus style may only be usable if you have the required RealTracks.

I purchased pro.
I have tried to post a screen grab, but don't think I can.
In styles I searched for song 'summertime blues by alan jackson'
the 25 items on that search are (RT n/a).... with Bonus under set#

Could it be my download of bonus pack is faulty. I will try and download it again tomorrow.
If that does not work, I'll contact support.

The Pro Pak is the 'entry' level or 'basic' Pak and includes very few RealTracks, so this is likely to be a contributor to the issue you are seeing. The content of each package is listed on this page

If you are asking this question, then you bought the wrong Pak. Ask around here in the forum for recommendations and then approach sales to see if they will adjust.

Vintage Yes, such information would be very helpful. Many of the Add-on Styles state: "These Xtra Styles require Band-in-a-Box® version 2020 or higher and use RealTracks from the UltraPAK or Audiophile Edition." However, due to the number of posts that relate to this issue, it's certainly not obvious to many users. +1

FWIW I think PGM should eliminate those yearly extra bonus MIDI and RT styles and sounds and include them in the yearly update. It does get very confusing not only for new buyers but for those of use whom can't remember what we did purchase a couple of years ago.
