Dear PG Music,
Would it be too much to ask to not double announce the latest Build? It's confusing to new users, I am sure. To me, it is just an annoyance. Andrew's posts should suffice.

FWIW I liked Callie's heads-up post. She refers to the PGMusic standard update Support page, whereas Andrew refers to some uncommon PGMusic sub-site . . .

Also Andrew's updates have the whole history of patch changes which is useful. Callie just reminds us that a 'new' update is avaliable. Judging by the frequency we ask forum posters what version they have, Callie's 'new' header may mean more to some people than Andrew's dates and build number.

I like Callie’s posts. She brings enthusiasm to announcements of the ‘Did you know’ type. Her addition to the forum gives us another staffer who reads the forums. I think we should encourage her.

I vote to keep both of the accoutrements in the forum. Each one brings a different perspective to the announcement.
