Here is another site I found quite helpful when doing research for tunes I'd like to put into my show. It's called the Jukebox and for me anyway it has been a great thought starter. Also it has the original recordings spanning quite a few eras and genres just in case you don't remember how the original sounded and what tempo it was played at originally. I hope it will prove useful to some of you.

Merry Christmas,

I wish I'd known about this a couple of years ago, when I undertook a project to recapture the "soundtrack of my life," a collection of the music I had heard as a child and young adult. Hearing it evoked many memories which had been hidden from me, which was the purpose of the exercise.

I'll take a close look at it when I have more time. I'm sure I'll find much from my early childhood that I would have no other way of finding. Thanks for the link.

Wonderful site! I just found another way to waste hours and hours in front of the computer. Thanks Danny.

Nice site, one could spend hours there. I checked the top 10 for 1963 for Beatles, nothing. In 1964 there were eight songs of the Beatles. How's that for vertical takeoff.
