It appears no program change messages are being sent out of the BB plugin when in SYNC mode.
Dragging midi onto a DAW track *does* include PC info.
I realise one of the main purposes of routing BIAB MIDI to seperate tracks in a DAW is in order to use ones own fave plugins for piano etc - but all the same its very useful and common to initially just use a default GM plugin on every track - in Cubase case HALION SE in GM mode.
And then after auditioning change to other plugins as preferred.
But there doesn't appear to be any Program change data being sent out of the plugin. It would be nice to have the option to do this - or not - via a preference option etc..
clearly in many cases - when using BIAB in sync mode - one might not want to keep receiving PC - so maybe having a "SEND PC" checkbox against EVERY track in BIAB that is MIDI - might be useful.

Thanks for the feedback nonchai! As far as I know, it is not possible to send program changes from a VST3 plugin to the host. The VST3 SDK does not provide an API for MIDI program change data between the host/plugin. I'll backlog this request incase this becomes possible in the future.
