Hello - I have a licence for BIAB 2018 MegaPak which I last used time ago. I'm now beginning a new project and would like to start using it again, however while I have BIAB installed from before, I don't have any of the real band packs and need to download these. I can see my licence when I log into the BIAB, however there seems to be no download link. Can any one help please?
It all depends on whether you bought it from PG directly. Normally if you go down under your license number you find the links. Now if you bought it elsewhere I'm not sure.

It appears the default screen is to only show sales back to 2019. However near the bottom of the account webpage there is a link to "Show All Order". Once I clicked on the "Show All Orders" link orders from 2015 and newer displayed.
I notice that as I write this PG Music Live Chat is OPEN and user jwillans is online. Hopefully the user will contact PG Music through Chat.
