BIAB automatic melody creation. Could someone better explain the options in the “Melody” menu and the percentages they mean? I have read the guide but did not quite understand it. I have changed the values, but would it be good to learn, that is, to know what they affect in the melody?
Which options are you meaning? Are they "Melodist Editor" options on the image below?

Yes, change the title - I clicked becasue I thought I may learn something about the infamous software named.
If by infamous, you mean the Cher effect, that was Autotune. Melodyne is a terrific tool. I suppose like any other it could be misused. Are you able to cite a case like Cher where Melodyne caused an infamous result?
