I went to login to the Online Ordering page this morning so that I could order the 2022 upgrade, and it said my password was wrong.
I'm pretty sure it was correct, but I went through the password recovery screen anyway and got assigned a temporary 24 hour password, which also doesn't work.
Anyone else with issues this morning? Just overloaded maybe?

Try logging in with your email and that password, not your forum name. I think it transfers forum name to that order page, so it is a bit confusing. Please post if it worked.

You do not have to be logged in in order to place your order. It is best if you enter the same email on your order form as the email of your online account. The product gets registered to the online account that is under the same email as the order.

issue is, forum ID is transferred to order page. Is that not a browser issue, rather than a website issue? I have two log-on options, email address for my account or forum ID for the fora. My browser is responsible for remembering the two options and I am responsible for remembering which to use. FWIW, my browser (Firefox) tends to forget logins if I don't use them for a long time.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
