I pick a style and get a warning box that says "there are no demos for this style". I've had this same problem with other releases in the past. What's the story?
this has happened to me only once recently, but I do notice that some styles seem to be retrieving the demo remotely while I am connected to the internet.
Are you online when you try launch the demo? What are the style names of one or two of the demos you are trying to access?

This is an offline computer. When I had this problem in the past, PG Support gave me a download site for the demos. Why aren't they included on the hard drive?
Are you running Band-in-a-Box from your internal hard drive, or the original drive? Do you have a specific example that won't play? E.G. I tested _SHELL (2021/11) and it plays a local 'pre-made' demo, and loads a .SGU style demo.
- Can you confirm that you are talking about the "pre-made" audio demos that you hear when you double-click on the style in the StylePicker? These files are located in bb\RealTracks\Data\Style Demos Audio. In your case, they are located on the external hard drive, since you are using a custom RealTracks folder location.
- Check your custom RealTracks folder in RealTracks Preferences. It may not be pointing to the correct folder.
- If that doesn't fix it (correcting your RealTracks folder location), please give a specific style name.
Ok, can you try to audition a style, and then close the StylePicker and go to Help | Utilities | display log, and copy in the first few lines of that file?
The log is a text file, and when you go to the Help menu | Utilities | Display Log..., it opens this text file in a text editor. Alternatively, you can find it here: bb\Data\logs\FlashMessageLog.txt.

I have installed 912, which solves many of the problems we discussed before. very nice.
About demo playing locally. I saw your picture and I made the same setting.
Then I went to listen to some styles and found that I still need to link to the website to play.
I like the songs with vocals volume series very much But you need to be online to listen to demo I sometimes shut down the Internet in order to concentrate on my work.
