Jooo, Tach alle zusammen!

Ich bekomme seit Kurzem folgenden Meldung, mit der ich nichts anfangen kann:

"Access violation at address 00401707 in module "bbw.exe". Write of address 39172EBF at: 00401707."

Nachdem diese Meldung erschienen ist, "friert" BiaB ein und ich muss einen Neustart durchführen. Wenn dann ein weiteres Objekt geöffnet und bearbeitet wird, geht der gleiche "Tanz" von vorne los. Ich habe leider keine Erklärung dafür und weiss nicht, wie ich hiermit umzugehen habe.
Vielleicht kann mir jemand von Euch helfen!?

Welche Version und welches Build von Band-in-a-Box verwenden Sie denn? (Die Info dazu finden Sie im Menü Hilfe unter "Über Band-in-a-Box ")

Dann wäre noch gut zu wissen, welches Betriebssystem Sie verwenden und wie der Rechner ausgestattet ist.

Danke ersteinmal für das Interesse!

Meine BiaB-Version ist 2008 Pro+, Real Tracks, RD Set 1, Roland Soundcanvas VSC-3

Mein PC ist ein LC-Power (420W) mit:
ASRock 4Core 1600-D800, Sockel 775
Intel Pentium 4, 3,4 GHz
Arctic Freezer CPU Kühler
1 GB Kingston DDr2, PC 800
160GB Seagate, S-ATA2
LG DVDRW-Laufwerk

WinXP Prof SP3

BiaB scheint in Ordnung zu sein. Bei der Prüfung von DirectX Files unter Window stellt sich unter Music Tab folgende Meldung ein:
"Failure at step 6 (Activating the IDirect Music Port)"

Ich bin leider nicht soweit vertraut mit dem System, als dass ich mit dieser Information etwas anfangen kann und bin um jede Hilfe dankbar.

BB neigt gelegentlich zu einem 'freezing'. Insbesondere die Verwendung verschiedener VSTis sowie eines Asio Treibers scheint diese Neigung zu fördern. Testweise könnte einmal versucht werden, ob durch Verwendung eines GS Wavetables und eines MME Treibers das System stabiler wird.

Wieviel freier Speicherplatz befindet sich denn noch auf der 160 GB Seagate?

Hallo Martin!
Freier Speicherplatz liegt bei 72,6 %, also eigentlich genug. MME Treiber und GS Wavetable habe ich schon getestet, brachte aber keine wesentliche Besserung.

Neuinstallierung von BiaB brachte auch keinen Erfolg, deshalb gehe ich davon aus, dass es evt. doch am Betriebssystem liegt...

Das System könnte einmal im abgesicherten Modus gestartet werden, um zu sehen, ob BB dann immer noch einfriert.

Im gesicherten Modus treten gleiche Probleme auf. D. h., ich werde Window jetzt komplett prüfen und alles, was nicht i. O. ist, reparieren. Ich habe immer noch die Vermutung, dass es am Direct X liegt, da Fehlermeldungen sich darauf beziehen.
Sobald ich damit durch bin, werde ich Euch sagen, ob ich damit Erfolg hatte.

Wenn jemand noch andere Erfahrungen und Tips hat, immer her damit.

So,...es war tatsächlich so, dass ein Trojaner einiges bei mir zerschossen hat. Ich habe also, da die befallenen Dateien nicht repariert werden konnten, alles vom PC entfernt und neu aufgebaut und siehe da,... es läuft wieder.
