What I really like most about this is how organic it sounds.

'Chris 37'... The song blends the blues into the traditional French 'chanson' style in a way that is melancholic, yet simultaneously sweet-feeling, too. Mr. Fournerat's singing voice fills up all the spaces in the music with his delightfully dark (as in 'dramatic') and expressive vocal presence, as usual. The waltz style invites dancing, as well! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the both of you  !
