Hoping for a Better Year The year starts out timid, has a little setback, gets stronger, another little setback, then leaves in full strength, i.e. Covid is under control and we all can get back to our normal lives. Hey it was a nice dream  Happy New Year to all. BiaB style = Borrum MIDI Celtic Pop Waltz Tempo = 80BPM Bass - Ample Bass - preset upright piano - Waves Grand Rhapsody - preset Warm and Emotional Guitar - Kontakt - Music Box Strings - Kontakt - Solid State Strings Chord Markers - Kontakt - Amadeus - Full String Ensemble I am either playing the lead instruments via my wind controller and my keyboard controller, writing out the part, or copy, pasting, and transposing. Each of the following instruments used two different sound sources simultaneously: 1- Kontakt - Kirt Hunter's Virtuoso Ensembles 2- Kontakt - Amadeus Orchestra 1st violins 2ns violins violas French horns Cellos I am playing the Alto voice via my wind controller - Play - alto - ah preset. All but the bass got reverb, Breverb - Classic Hall - Cathedral All comments, good or bad, are welcomed. {edit} - I forgot to name the MIDI tracks I used: 3011: piano, Rhythm CelticSlow Waltz 2095: piano, Rhythm Country Waltz 2059: strings, Rhythm Celtic Waltz

Lush sounds. Intriguing construction, especially the chord progression. As usual, I like to anticipate chords as a piece of music rolls alongand there were some surprises here. The A-flat after the A-minor was totally unexpected. Also after such a gentle, flowing piece I anticipated a long, lingering end chord. Hoping For A Better Year's ending was noticeably brief, yet effective. Well done, Mario.
