Hello forum members. Over the past year I have enjoyed a musical commentary on CBC radio that was entitled 20 pieces that changed the world. These pieces ranged from early classical, rock, Gregorian chants and so on. There is an interesting commentary as well the playing of examples. Including part of The Beatles first auditon tape to Decca records. Give all or some of them a listen, I think you will find them interesting. Very thought provoking post. I can tell you two pieces that changed MY world: Elvis' JAILHOUSE ROCK (1957) and The Beatles' HERE, THERE, and EVERYWHERE (1966). Classical composers whose work had a profound impact on me when first heard include Scott Joplin (Fig Leag Rag), Stravinsky (Petrouchka), Satie (Gymnopedie #1) and Chopin (Nocturne, op.9, #2). Thanks for the post and link.
Beatle fans might skip to episode 14 for a most fascinating and illuminating discussion, particularly the deconstruction of "Please, Please Me" which occurs at about the 20 minute mark. gpt

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
