Hello, I've been have in issues with loading the older Misc. Styles (Rhumba) to my chord sheet. I can bring up the file preview it, hear a song demo, but when it loads up into the notation window it's completley garbled. Using Band in a Box 2021 (515) Ultra Pak. Now I'm at the point to where I should be looking at re installing the program to see if my problem is fixed, so my questions are:
For the first time since I've been using BinaB, the new program was sent to me electronically so if I go to the sent file and click install will it just override the existing omissions or problem? I concern is that I don't want to have two identidal programs.
Should I delete the current program and re install?
I contacted customer service on Monday and as of now they have not called back.

You should not have to uninstall first to fix this issue. And if you do accidentally run an installer for something that you already have, it will not create duplicates.
Please open the Style Picker and click the Rebuild button; you can do a Slow rebuild. Then go to Help | What add-ons do I have. Look specifically at the RealTracks Sets and RealDrums Sets Not Found sections. Are there any Sets listed here?
For the UltraPAK and higher you should have all RealTracks Sets and RealDrum Sets found. If not, you can re-install the ones listed in this window. If re-installing the RealTracks does not help, then please check to see if you had any Bonus PAKs ordered with your latest version.

I opened the Style Picker and used the slow rebuild a few days ago. Did it again.
What add-ons do I have? did that and nothing comes up. FYI if anything new comes out of PG Music I get it to keep current so this does not suprise me.
We can go on and on but FYI since the styles I mention are old I dedided to run my hard disk copy from 2020. Guess what? No issues the styles transferred as they should.
I have a audio rendering of what the styles sounds like but I not sure how to send it to you.
