Hey everyone. Frustrating problem. Just switched over to mac and never had this problem on windows. Anytime I put in a 7b9 chord, the bass real track just cuts out. When I look in notation view, it just has rests. This happens with all appropriate bass realtracks regardless of which one I choose. Anyone else ever had this problem? Any advice appreciated!

I've never heard of this before. (I have Windows BIAB, and as you say, that could be the reason.)
When I find BIAB behaving in unusual ways, my first step in problem solving is to return to factory settings (the "most" settings options).
If that doesn't work, I suggest that you generate the file and double check that the problem is there.
Then I'd freeze all the tracks, save the file and then it over to support@pgmusic.com. When PGMusic generate the song, because tracks are frozen, it will generate for them just as it did for you.

Anytime I put in a 7b9 chord, the bass real track just cuts out. I just tried this with a couple of styles and the bass has no problem with the 7b9 chords on my end. If you want to provide the name of an actual Realstyle where this is happening for you, I can try it again. Also, maybe add a signature to your profile so we know which OSX you are using. Can you please tell us which RealTracks# this is happening with? It is probably specific to one RT.
