I'm trying to get rid of the unneeded natural sign. I have the Db-key with five b´s but there are still unneeded natural signs in question marks, a lot of it. Any ideas?
Welcome to the forum. Could you post the song, or an image of the notation? When you reply, look for the File Manager link, lower left, just above Mark as Edited. Or post a link to the song stored in a public Dropbox folder.
Those are called courtesy accidentals and we would need to see the song to be sure what’s happening.
What year and build of BIAB for Windows do you have (Help, About).
You say you set the key signature to Db, which is good. When you did that, did you use the key in the left column or the right?
Is a transposition in effect?
Could there be a flatted note of the same pitch earlier in the measure, perhaps in the bass clef stave?

When switching from Cmaj to Db maj in the line before there are double signs that are not needed (2) and a bit confusing. In standard literature there is no such behavior.
There is currently a feature request that has been submitted for removing or including any redundant accidentals in the notation view. We are looking to add a feature in future versions of Band-in-a-Box that will allow more control over the notation view and it's markings, including removing redundant accidentals as shown in your post.
In example #1, if there were no accidentals on the same note (different register) in the treble staff, would BIAB still add the courtesy accidental in the bass clef of that bar? Worth a test.
In example #2, I like having the 'reminder' key signature change at the end of the line because it helps sight-reading. If I were playing a piece and it was not there, I would manually add it for my own security. And I would even circle it like you did!
