Ya, looks like a problem. I ran the same report and here is what it should say. I have to run off to the day job, but I am sure there is a fix someone will recognize. Good luck.
What size PAK do you have, Patrick? This error can sometimes happen if you have the Pro or MegaPAK because they don't include all of the RealTracks. This can also happen with the larger PAKs if the RealTracks are not installed properly. Re-installing them usually helps.

The Cleanup routine mentioned by AudioTrack helps those with BIAB 2018 and earlier to reorganize the folders and file locations. Since you registered in 2018 it’s possible you have a version this will help. Since it can do no harm if everything is already in the right place, you should run it.

I think you have a download copy of the Band-in-a-Box 2022 UltraPAK, is this correct? Have you downloaded all of the RealTracks? In the RealTracks Picker dialog, if you sort by set number, can you see that there is a certain range of RT sets that you are missing?

If you go to Help | What Add-Ons Do I Have, under NOT FOUND there is a RealTracks sections in specific where you can see what's not installed for the instruments. If you have an UltraPAK or higher, you can use this dialogue to see exactly what's missing for the RealTracks, and then you can go and download just the items you need. If most of them are missing, you may want to re-run the Download and Install Manager (for an UltraPAK or higher, make sure the upgrade option is unchecked so you can get all your content that you're entitled to).
Thanks Andrew - yes Ultra Pak .... maybe this is part of answer. I am trying to install this onto my surface pro so that I can play with this stuff when I'm on the move so this is the first installation BAIB on this machine .... could that be it given this url is for an upgrade?
I have re-downloaded and installed from scratch which has rolled back the latest release but has still left me with the same errors.

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. We’ve added funky country guitar (5) with PG favorite Brent Mason, along with classic pedal steel styles (5) featuring steel great Doug Jernigan. There are more country songwriter styles (8) that provide intimate, rootsy foundations for storytelling and modern Americana writing. Finally, we have “background soloing” acoustic guitar (12) with Brent Mason — simpler, but still very tasty acoustic lines designed to sit beautifully behind vocals or act as a subtle standalone solo part.
