I hit generate four times in BIAB. I found that the 4052 guitar made four changes. In BIAB, how many times does each instrument usually change? I thought it was 2 times before, but today I found out that it was 4 times? Still every instrument is different.
I believe the answer is ‘it depends’ and it can be nearly unlimited. There is no ‘usually’.
Your sample song is short and has two simple chords. On a song of more typical length, say, 32 or 48 measures with three choruses, and with more complex chords, you could regenerate all day long and maybe not get an exact duplicate track for the entire song. Yes, you will often hear the same or similar phrases, but it will not be the same over the entire song.

I think that's why BiaB has the option to 'freeze tracks. When you hear a mix that you like, you can freeze it so that that track won't be changed by consecutive generations.
As mentioned, the variables in the final track production depend on many things, including the key, the chord, the available variations, the length of the phrase and more. We don't know the exact method. But this is a reasonable summary.
One song I worked with had a fantastic guitar line on critical bars. I changed the key by a few semitones and could not reproduce that unique lick. It presumably was never recorded in the new key.
Bottom line: if you find something you like, freeze it !

You could move the track to a Utility track. If you later discover a regeneration you like even better, you can delete the Utility track. You can also use editing to keep the best of both.

My preference would be to keep the original that you like as a saved file on disk and experiment with further generations. If you find another generation you like, save that too, but with a different file name. Then you can always go back to an earlier rendition if you want.
