With the M1 chip powering iPad pro devices, it would be great to see a bull featured and full working version of Band In A Box for iOS portability.

Yes it would be nice but—and it's a big BUT...
Apple has repeatedly stated that the MacOS is not coming to the iPad. The development paths are different and Apple spokespersons keep doubling down on this.
Since BIAB isn't even AS Native yet, there's little chance that we're going to see BIAB for iPadOS any time in the foreseeable future.
Just read all of the threads where the Army of the Disappointed (I'm so disappointed that Apple …) are howling at the moon over Logic never being ported over. They've been going on about that for a couple of years now.

While I agree that MacOS will not be likely to come to iPads, I still believe there is a good opportunity for PG Music in the Apple Mac and iOS/iPadOS space for a version of "BIAB Lite" that could be developed using the latest shared development technologies.
It wouldn't initially need anything like the huge range of features of the existing product, and could even have an option of compressed audio for space considerations.
It might also put PG Music on a good track for future BIAB development as they get experience by starting something using 2022 technologies, rather than trying to wrangle a very old code base onto Apple Silicon natively.
In my opinion there is a huge amount of value in RealTracks and RealDrums IP that could be realised.

In my opinion there is a huge amount of value in RealTracks and RealDrums IP that could be realised. Yep, there's a need for the company to address future users, let's face it fewer people are using boxes for computing these days even primary/elementary schools started moving to "devices" years ago. On the other hand they also need to FIX all of the bugs and workarounds that mire the current box versions.
