Hi - I've sent a ticket to support but wanted to see if anyone here has had this issue. Using BIAB 2022 (605) on a 2021 M1 Mac mini running Big Sur I can't activate Playable RealTracks on this Mac Playable real tracks did run it correctly on my 2014 intel Mac laptop running high Sierra using option 2 with the shipped BIAB hard drive This happens regardless of install method. (I've tried option 1 running from shipped BIAB hard drive), Option 2, and Option 3 (installing to an external drive) Also there is a secondary issue when using Option 3 I am repeatedly prompted that it can't find sforzando files in spite of installing those. (I checked permissions / file path etc and all is correct) If anyone has suggestions please let me know  Thank you

Hi,
Make sure that all the components required for PRT are installed correctly on your Mac's internal hard drive by running the installers manually. If any of the installs are failing, take a screenshot or write down the exact error.
- On the USB hard drive, go to /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/Data, and install the package "Install_Sforzando_v*.pkg
- On the USB hard drive, go to /Plugins and install "hiq_instruments_sforzando.pkg and then "playable_realtracks01_sforzando.pkg"
If it's still not working, what is the exact error that you are getting in Band-in-a-Box?

Hi Andrew - thanks for the quick response. This resulted in a new error message when clicking on the Playable RealTracks button
"Aria session loader
This session was made for Aria 1.933 while your version is 1.916. Please update!"
and it gives me an "ok" button to click. If I click it the message disappears

OK - so figuring there was no reason not to try something else, I searched for "sforazando", found "Install_Sforzando_v1.971" and installed that, then the other two files you mentioned, and now my Playable RealTracks button lights up. I will continue testing in the morning after I watch the video again.
