Maybe not. Keith44 indicates his problem is resolved but he is not the original poster.
Victor Kennedy is the original poster in the linked thread. Andrew with PG Music support tested Victor's files and could not find an issue. Andrew has requested additional information.
Unfortunately Bjorn Beskow's comment clearly illustrates the confusion that can occur when more than one person posts their issue in one thread.
