Hi

Does anyone had this issue, I opened a song I had, set up with the "RealDrums=BossaTerryClarke^1-a,b:brushes" patch and I tried to regenerate it so that I can gain access to the midi notation to tranfer to a notation software with the issue that while having the leadsheet window opened, just after regenerating, the notation in full flashes so that can for a tiny moment be seen but does not end up consolidating in the leadsheet window, which translates that the midi info is not available.

Please, any help would be great.

Return to factory setting. Thats the protocol when BIAB does not do what it is supposed to do.

Gave resetting to factory a try, no luck. Not sure, most realdrums provide the notation as expected, but for some reason, some realdrums do not.
I think I'll report this issue to PG Music.

In this instance the style is Parana, even with a new song, just after regenerating with the leadsheet window opened, the notation can be seen flashing for a fraction of a second, to desapear after, it's like if it is there, but does not want to consolidate...

Thank you anyway for your help.

Do be aware that Drums Notation for RealDrums is probably manually transcribed and added later. The notation for most RealTracks is manually transcribed, except for a few, including keyboard instruments.

Following on, I just tried PARANA style, loaded the Demo Song, and the drum notation is certainly available.

I think Return to Factory Settings is a good place to start.

I'm also having this issue.

Also did a factory reset. Started all over for a very simple song.
I see the notation flashing and then it disappears.

Firstly, welcome to the forums.
If you load the Demo Song from the StylePicker do you get the same result?
Can you let us know which version year and build number you are using? (Help > About)

The notes velocity (volume) levels are likely at zero (0). PG Music drum transcriptions typically have a 0 volume level.

In my case is for my songs. If it works in Demo songs does not help as I would like the drum notation for my songs.

Hi, thank you for the response, although not sure how the comment translates into the issue I am having, please, could you elaborate?

Artur Vc, as you may know some, but not all, RealTracks, UserTracks and RealDrums include notation.

PG Music sometimes calls this notation "RealCharts" to distinguish that notation from MIDI notation.

The program provides a visual indication of a RealChart by drawing a line underneath the track radio button at the top of the screen.

I borrowed AudioTrack's screen shot to highlight the Drum track radio button has an underline. So do the Bass and Guitar track buttons but we're not discussing them.

Most RealDrum notation has a zero volume level. You don't need a note volume level when the notes are used for print transcription. So even though there are notes there is no playback sound.

When there is no drum sound but the track has a RealChart you will need to edit the MIDI and raise the volume level.

What midi drum instrument patch are you using for playback? What midi controller number, or CC#, does the patch use for volume?

As a suggestion, freeze the tracks of the song that you are having an issue with, and email it as an attachment to PG Music (support@pgmusic.com), referencing this thread. Hopefully they can investigate and advise.

Thank you all for your kind efforts to assist, and appologies for my unavoidable discontinuity on feedback; tried various approaches and suggestions and finally looked at the demo song for the style mentioned above, and came to realize that there is a difference in relation to AudioTrack's uploaded image; it is as follows:

The demo song I have, provides two drums tracks, one for the cabassa which comes with the midi data, and the second wit the the beautiful BossaTerryClarke^4-a,b:8ths Soft, which is the one that flashes when regenerating and ends up without the midi data, yes the audio. So not sure how come I have a different sont style when compared to that of AudioTrack, could it be a setting?
