Not having any luck with BIAB Support so I figured this forum might be able to help.
I am an ultra user of BIAB and generally like the program alot. One of the aggravating areas of the program is that I can't seem to play certain Real Drum demos. If I choose the drum track, it will play, but if I am only wanting to sample them, I get an error: No demo found for NashvilleEven16^01 in the yellow box. The log file says: No demo found for NashvilleEven16^01 [2022.926.0, 10/21/2022 5:32:50 PM]
Working with tech support, they asked me to rebuild several times (slow and fast) and re-download the Real Drums and then rebuild them. All of which has not proven successful. As I said, If I choose a drum track, it will populate and play in my song, but browsing capability to find a suitable drum track is frustrating.
Is anyone aware for how this might be fixed? my install is completely default. I have not changed drives or folder names. tech support asked if I was using an extended hard drive (I am not) and if I have internet access (yes I do)
I tested this by first confirming it would not play, then looked in the folder and it was not there. I then expanded the zip file into the suggested folder. The demo then played even without a rebuild

Thank you for the diagnosis. Is there a bulk way of making sure all drum demos are located in that folder?
It was not there (or anywhere), but another user provided the file that I then copied into that location. Drum Demo worked fine, now I have to figure out how and where to get the rest of my 742 items in that folder so they will play
