it had already worked some time back. And now, that I updated to 2023/1006 and tried to use this device it fails and if going into control panel it even dumps.

The audio interface of StudioLive AR12c isn´t working even in Studio One 6 despite firmware version is most current. Also my ioStation 24c isn´t working in any DAW. I am completely at a loss and not sure, when things start going south as I make updates and buy upgrades while I have not time to use the software as much as I would like. Therefore it is devastating, when I try doing some music and the hardware and software is not working as intended and as in the past.
I any wonderful member did solve issues like these with this products, let me know. If it hadn´t worked in the past, somewhere on the timeline, it would not as embarassing.....
Any tipp is welcome, though I open a ticket at Presonus as well.

its guesswork without seeing all your settings. please post pics of the following..its very important.
1. your windows audio record/playback settings including advanced tab. 2. your studiolive ar 12 user control panel settings. 3. your bb was settings in case was works rather than asio.
the above will provide a full and complete snapshot of your settings so the rest of us plus pg support can help further.
off the bat what i see is no input and output ports listed for asio.make sure the correct driver is selected. you should see ports listed for your asio selection .
the other thing i see is asio 4 all at bottom. dont you have a proper asio driver for the studiolive from the web site instead of asio4all ?
note ..on you tube are several you tube vids for studiolive.
ps i suggest if we get it working take pics of your settings in case they are needed in the future. i assume youve intalled the studiolive control software ??

Take this problem to Google. The issue resides with the Presonis StudioLive AR12c. I am 90%+ sure that there is a button which needs to be pushed on the board to permit communication with a computer DAW. Or get out the manual.
BIAB. CbB. Mixbus 32C 8 HP Envy. Intel core i7. 16GB RAM W10. Focusrite Scarlett 18i 20. Various instruments played with varying degrees of proficiency.
you are right, there is a button that needs to be pressed to get the mixer in USB mode. I am pretty sure, that I had this pressed previously with out it working. A few days later, it worked as usual....hmm. Don´t ask me why. Must be my fault I guess.
