I assume you're talking the Real Tracks. This is the problem with RT's. Everyone has an opinion about how they should sound. Guitarist will say wow, the playing is great but can I have the same file played on a Les Paul? The piano guys will say at certain tempos the chords are too choppy, there's ton's of threads about some of the basses being too busy but others like them as is. We're all musicians, think about how many times we used to audition players for our bands back in the day or even currently? There's hundreds of RT now, to add all this to them could easily double the number. Just do the best you can with them and add your request to those on the Wishlist forum.
You're new with this so it's hard to understand exactly how these work and how revolutionary they are. Here you are taking a prerecorded audio file and chopping it up according to your key sig and chords? Nothing on the market can do that except these programs. It's amazing actually but as you've noted still not perfect.
