That is a permanent, self perpetuating situation, too.
Even if you find and "correct" all your factory styles that have this fixed-volume setting (it may be intentional), they will be replaced with the same old thing by the next update.
PG styles are over-written routinely, in order to provide new versions and replace lost or corrupted styles. So you have to re-name any factory styles you edit. Otherwise, your changes will be lost at next update.
