Most programs use Jazz Font, which is a commercial font. It's actually a collection of font sets ( i.e. several different TrueType files): - Jazz Font character set
- JazzText Font character set
- JazzText Extended Font character set
- JazzCord Font character set
- JazzPerc Font character set
You can purchase the text-only version of the font for $20US. Some programs use similar fonts that aren't quite the same. For example, Sibelius has a font called Inkpen which is very similar in style. But JazzFont is the program that started the trend, and it's still the best one out there (IMNSHO  ).

Of course, since you already own BIAB, you have the PG Music jazz text fonts. Go to your Windows/Fonts folder and you can browse the appearance of each Pgtext*.ttf font.
