When you installed BIAB, you would have specified what drive to place the RealTracks and RealDrums.
Did you ever have your RealTracks on a different drive, perhaps an external one provided by PG Music? Although you have a /BB/RealTracks folder on your C: drive, it may not contain the actual RealTracks, only one or two small placekeeper .TXT files that indicate they are not on that drive. If this is the case, the fix is to go to Opt., Preferences, RealTracks and use the checkbox and entry to indicate the location of the RealTracks.
First, use Windows Explorer or My Computer to navigate down to the C:/BB/RealTracks folder and see if the actual RealTracks are there in that folder.
