Lack of hash key suggests a UK Apple keyboard. I am told the hash on those is reached by the combination "Option-3". No, I don't know exactly what that means. UK Apple users will be more intelligent.
I also don't know what "A7+9" means, and neither will BiaB. Some transatlantic crossup of conventions may be at work.
If you mean an A7 with a 9th added, then it's a simple "A9". If it's an augmented A7 with a 9th added, then try "A9#5". In either of those cases, mentioning the 7th is unnecessary and confusing.
God (especially if He is a Mac user) knows whether your version has the Chord Builder, or how it is opened. That thing is worth a look, if you have it available. It leads you handily through BiaB chord convention when you're stumped.
Afterthought: Is it A7#9 you mean? BiaB seems to hate that in any form I can find.
