That's been asked many times, and while I guess it might be possible in the future, it's been stated that this probably won't happen because of the way BIAB works. BIAB is a look-ahead system. It's looking at the chord chart to see what comes next, so it can best figure out how to lead up to the next chord(s). An arranger keyboard only knows what you are playing right now, so it can't, for example, have a moving bass line that moves properly from chord to chord. BIAB can and does do that.

And if you are going to "single-finger" chord it, that implies major chords only (unless you are also using 2, 3, and 4 fingers for the chord embelishments). But if you do that, you have to do it in time, so a 3 minute song takes 3 minutes to enter. I can type in a chord chart and hit play a lot faster than that. Granted, if you are looking to do ad-hoc playing with Band-In-A-Box, then it won't help you there. But if the goal is to get a chord progression into Band-In-A-Box, it's a lot faster typing it in than playing it in.

Don't mean to be negative here, but I've seen the question asked many times over the past ten years, and it's been stated pretty emphatically (at least for now) that BIAB just isn't going to do that.
