Thanks guys. The problem was that I didnt have BIAB Installed completely.
The problem was the only Real Tracks that were available were those that I downloaded
from PG Music while I was waiting on my USB Hard Drive to arrive. I uninstalled BIAB and
all of the Real Tracks and Real Drums then Re-Installed everything from the BIAB USB Hard Drive ( 40+ Gigs ) Now everything is showing up without any problems.
