I'm not quite sure what to make of your post. Are you after help with something or simply venting? If you have a user problem(s) that you'd like help with, can you please let us know a little more simply what the problem is and we'll do what we can to help.

Over the years, I've discovered that when any program is not working properly, one of the first things to check is to see if video and audio drivers are running the latest updates. Many posts on these forums have attested to the value of doing this check, too.

Also, don't forget that if you are unhappy with the program, PG Music will refund your money provided it's within 30 days of your purchase.
