The interface and other file are in the X:\bb directory. Now if you copied them to your main drive, well, it's in the target drive.

Mines on C:\bb\interface.bbw.

And the other file will be in the same directory.

It makes no sense whatsoever for a computer that ran fine to mess up because band in a box installs:

1. fonts, can't mess up a video card.
2. The shortcut to the program...nothing weird there.
3. ahah...the vsts etc...and those are sound files.

Now that might be the culprit. You have something latched in there that shouldn't be. It would mess up all the sound if it was corrupt and in the wrong spot. Now I'm a bit of a detective, but when it comes to the operating system and the way those things work I've no clue. I do a bit in Linux but everyone needs to know this.

What computer specs. What soundcard. What operating system.

And by the way, using google to search the band in a box forums is way better. They bought the software to run the forums form whoever wrote them, and it's limited in what it does, like are most of the forums I hang out on.

Just a fact of life.

I went to play a few songs today and the strap on my accordion, which I bought for 75 bucks but is worth 4 or 500, just snapped. Old leather. NO way to fix it. I tried to hold the thing this way and that. Had I some duct tape I would have taped it to me, or made a strap. Then they found some, and we were done, and I did make a sort of working strap out of duct tape. I took the roll out of the Van when I dumped it and decided not to pack a full 80 pound 3 foot by 2 foot toolbox in the Mini Cooper. Ah life...it's supposed to be a bowl of cherries and then you find out about the pits.
