Well there is the wish list. Someone with a keener eye than I might know of a forum software that includes advanced function crossed with security and the ability to track 100,000 posts and index them. The primary problem is terminology and commonality of descriptors. So if you are having trouble with chords, and go searching for help in the forums, the word comes up 3 times a day, giving you over 1000 hits per year. Then it turns out the user didn't mean what they said, and frustration comes in.

I was very off and on forum user for many years, I worked full time and my wife and I owned a business with 10 employees. Then I sold the business and started back playing. Then I cut back my hours and got more into the forum. Then I retired and did more and more with Band in a Box. And then I acquired disabilities that tether me to the house and a couple of chairs so I tend to do more.

A rewrite of the FYI stuff, and more tutorials would be a great start. Some people who arrive here seem to not know there is a manual, make one post about a stupid product, and never watch a tutorial. It's a wonder people here have the patience to answer their posts, and often they persist for weeks and the question should have been answered by support but you figure they can't phone there, they didn't even buy the software. Hard to return a program you never paid for in that case. I hope it topped of their bandwidth.
