7200 or 5400 rpm makes no difference when using BIAB. Onboad-Audio often is a cheap RealTEK-Chip. There are some differences in speaker quality. But the built in speaker all sound lousy.

Most important is a HD-Display! On my netbook (EeepC 1005HA) with SD-disply (1024x600 pixel) BIAB 2010 worked well. But the new BIAB 2011 comes with longer menues and bigger dialog boxes. They don't fit into a SD-display. There are allways cut off lines on bottom of the stylePicker or RTPicker or other dialog boxes. So, better look out for a netbook with 10" HD-dispay (1366×768 pixel) or one with an 11,6" display.
