Hello all,
Just wanted to know if anyone else with BIAB DVDs have problems.
I had to redo my PC, format and full install. XP SP3
Then came time to install BIAB:2009 and PTPA12 . It took 3 or 4 times to get the computer to load the DVDs. I tried them on another PC and it was the same, so it wasn't this drive.
The last time I did this I had problems with the DVDs. They wouldn't load and would lock up.
All other DVDs and CDs work fine, MS Word and other software works perfectly.
I called Support the last time and they replaced one, but said it is not that uncommon.
Maybe if I try to make copies of them?
I did finally get the programs installed.
Anyone else here have problems with thier DVDs?
