N/A means the realtrack is 'not available'. Try one that is not labeled "N/A"

You could try to rebuild your realtrack list in RB and see if the N/A goes away, or at the bottom is a checkbox that enables showing realtracks that are unavailable, uncheck that to see just the realtracks that are available.

N/A may mean it is way out of the tempo range, or it may mean it is missing.
Open the realtracks window like you are going to generate and see if rebuilding the list makes some of those tracks lose the N/A label.
I hope rebuilding solves the issues of the N/A, and also allows the original realtrack to generate once again in RB if you re-open the BiaB file..
