My understanding is the DVI will work but it will be the only midi instrument available. This is a limitation of BIAB where you can only access one synth at a time. In RealBand, no problem. There is a Soundfont version available where you could use something like SFZ or VSTSynthfont. You can search the forums for these two products - plenty of discussions.
