Try re-selecting the drum style in the RealDrums Picker dialog.
If you still get the error, see if the message is correct, in that the folder specified doesn't exist. For example, if you are using JazzBrushes, there needs to be a folder called c:\bb\drums\JazzBrushes, or you will get that message.
You can select which folder (e.g. c:\bb\drums\) is used in Prefs-RealDrums Settings.
